Burger Time went to a Belmont Park Mid week meeting in a 2100m staying race and showed what he is capable of with a powerful win. He jumped well and positioned outside the leader which he has not been able to do previously and Brad Parnham let him stride from the 600m mark and he powered away from the field to win by nearly 6 lengths easing down under the top weight of 59kgs. He showed whatv he can do when he puts it all together he is still not the complete racehorse but when he gets it all together he will be a very exciting race horse. He started favourite in the Apprentices Cup at his last start but did things wrong and was only beaten 3 1/2 length’s running 6th. Burger Time has now gone to the paddock to let down and fill his big frame out. We are looking forward to a bigger and stronger Burger Time next preparation.
