Following a very hectic Leonora – Kalgoorlie – Leonora long weekend, Bazeley Racing enjoyed a very successful 3 days. Impulsive Fighter gave his owners a thrill by winning very comfortablely Saturday and Monday.
Sunday saw In the mood make light work of her rivals over the 1200 metres. Getting an easy lead and hitting the line strong. Congrats again to Robyn and Gary Morgan.
Aconcagua won impressively after coming just of the speed to win by a length on Sunday. He is showing alot of promise this horse and well done to Lynward Park Stud.
Wild Champagne showed hes ready for the next grade by chasing down open class galloper Donnyonetime in the 1100 metre 70+ rating race holding down 2nd place.
You watching me got caught in a head bobbing finish to just miss out and run another 2nd. We are very happy with this horses progress and it won't be long before he gets it all together.
Stable newcomer Vespucci got a little lost in front in the first race on Sunday. He will start again in fortnight and will relish this time to further settle in.
Zipfer put in a better run and only finished a length and a 1/4 from the winner.
Toss'n'spin ran a nice 4th after leading and just got caught the last 50 metres. He will start again this coming Sunday in Kalgoorlie.
Monday saw Circular Quay redeeming himself with a narrow win at Leonora. He ran 3rd at the Saturday meeting. Well done to connections.
