On Sunday we head to Bunbury for the Cup meeting, which holds bitter sweet memories from Burger Time who won last year to give us our greatest triumph and thrill in racing so far, but then to pass away in such tragic circumstances was extremely upsetting.
Our first Runner is Trash Panda, After a very disappointing run at Albany last start over a unsuitable distance but none the less disappointing. We have taken the winkers and noseband off putr the blinkers on to make her concentrate more and put a senior rider Clint Johnson Porter back on and a nice barrier draw in 3 we are hoping we see significant improvement. Lift Cherry!
Our second runner is the very promising Eeoyre Ways, Coming off a very impressive victory at Pinjarra Classic day we are expecting further improvement as time goes on. Eeyore Ways looks very well placed here in a class 1 stepping up to the 1400m which we feel he will relish and Clint Johnson Porter was very keen to stay on board which is encouraging. He has drawn a bit wide in barrier 8 but it should give him time to slide forward somewhere near the lead. We are looking forward to seeing what he can do Sunday. Go Donkey!
